Cmentarz w Tworkach is the hospital cemetery of the Szpital dla Nerwowo i Psychicznie Chorych w Tworkach, founded in 1924 in the Tworki district of Pruszków. It holds a war quarter where soldiers and civilians who died in the nearby Dulag 121 camp during the Warsaw Uprising were buried, and a monument inscribed in 1992 to mentally ill Poles, Germans and Jews who died anonymously in 1939–1944.

The cemetery was established in 1924 for the Hospital for the Nervously and Mentally Ill in Tworki. In 1988 the necropolis and its tree stand were entered in the register of monuments, and since 1994 it has also been listed in the municipal register of monuments. The cemetery holds a 1992 monument inscribed to the memory of mentally ill people of Polish, German and Jewish nationality who between 1939 and 1944 were buried here namelessly or deported and murdered.
