Park Potulickich, Municipal park in Pruszków, Poland
Park Potulickich is an urban park in Pruszków featuring four interconnected ponds linked by numerous bridges, alongside protected trees designated as natural monuments. Pathways wind through the grounds leading to the restored Potulicki Palace, which now serves as a Civil Registry Office.
The park was commissioned by Count Antoni Potulicki in the late 19th century and designed by German architect Karol Sparman as grounds for his classicist palace. The estate later became accessible to the public as a park.
The park was closely tied to the Potulicki family, who made this their country estate. A memorial plaque here serves as a reminder of the site's difficult wartime past.
The park is easy to explore on foot with well-maintained paths along the ponds and through the grounds. Educational panels scattered throughout help visitors learn about the local plants and wildlife found here.
Every Saturday morning since November 2014, the park hosts a parkrun event where locals and visitors join a five-kilometer running activity. This weekly gathering has become an important meeting point for the running community.
