Apraksin House

Apraksin House is a neoclassical residential building on Znamenka Street in Moscow's Arbat District. The structure features a two-story design with symmetrical facade proportions, regular window patterns, and classical architectural details that define its streetside appearance.

Construction began in 1790 and the building served as a residence for General Apraksin. The structure underwent major reconstruction after Moscow's fire of 1812, when it was rebuilt to withstand future damage.
