The stone bell tower of Mitrofanovskaya Church stands on Revolyutsii Avenue with symmetrical lines exemplifying classical architectural principles.
Construction of the Mitrofanovskaya Church began in 1861 and continued until 1867, initially registered as a bell tower of the Assumption Church.
The temple contained two chapels: the southern one dedicated to the Transfiguration and the northern one honoring Saint Mitrofan of Voronezh.
The bell tower remains visible from the federal highway Don and serves as a regional cultural heritage site under registration number 361510335820005.
While the main temple structure has not survived, the remaining bell tower represents the only preserved element of the original 19th-century religious complex.
