Plevako's revenue house

Plevako's revenue house is a residential building in the Arbat District located on Novinskiy Boulevard, designed in the national Romantic architectural style of the early 1900s. The structure contains multiple apartments of varying sizes and is protected as a regional cultural heritage site in Russia.

The house was designed in 1905 by architect Pyotr Mikini during a period when Moscow was expanding rapidly and needed new residential buildings. This era brought fresh architectural ideas and a strong focus on creating housing solutions for the city's growing population.
