Mälarhöjdsbadet

Mälarhöjdsbadet is a lake beach along Lake Mälaren with sandy shores, grassy areas, a high diving tower, and playground equipment for children. The site also includes sports facilities and recreational spaces designed for various age groups.

The site can be reached via bus 135 or by parking at Bredängs badväg, which requires a 350-meter walk down a steep slope. Sturdy footwear is advisable due to the inclined path leading to the water.

The beach combines an outdoor fitness center with a jogging track called Bredängsspåret, allowing visitors to exercise while enjoying views of the lake. This combination creates an unusual multi-purpose recreational environment.
