Kineum

Kineum is a modern skyscraper in Gårda that rises 110 meters (361 feet) high, with a glass facade composed of diamond-shaped units spread across 27 floors. The building houses office spaces, 233 hotel rooms, restaurants, bars, and a pool club that combine multiple functions within a single structure.

Construction occurred between 2019 and 2022, transforming Gårda from a neighborhood of traditional houses into a modern business district. This development represents a significant shift in how the area functions and serves the city's commercial needs.

The name comes from the Greek word 'kineo', meaning motion, and reflects how the building brings fresh energy to the district. The structure has become a visual landmark that shapes how locals and visitors perceive the character of Gårda.

The building sits conveniently with direct access to major highways, making it easy to reach by car or public transport. Visitors should know that various facilities like the hotel, restaurants, and amenities are spread across multiple floors and clearly organized.

The building's foundation used over 1,300 cubic meters (46,000 cubic feet) of special low-carbon concrete that reduced emissions during construction. This attention to sustainable building practices shows how modern structures can incorporate environmental responsibility into their construction.
