Seyrantepe is a neighborhood in the Kağıthane district on the European side of Istanbul. It contains a mix of residential blocks, former industrial zones, and the Turkish Telekom Stadium, which sits prominently in the area.
Seyrantepe remained sparsely built until the 1980s, when new housing spread across the area. Industrial activity followed in the 1990s, and the opening of the Turkish Telekom Stadium in 2011 marked a turning point for the neighborhood.
The neighborhood is connected to other parts of Istanbul by a metro line and several bus routes, making it easy to reach from the city center. Those exploring on foot should be prepared for uneven terrain, as the streets can be hilly in places.

Plans to relocate a major Istanbul hospital to Seyrantepe are already under construction, with a large portion of the new facility completed.
