Bylbasivka is an urban-type settlement in Sloviansk Hromada, in the eastern part of Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine. It sits on flat land and has basic facilities that serve the people living in and around the community.
The settlement was given urban-type status in 1925 as part of Soviet administrative reorganization in the region. In 2023, Ukraine changed its classification system and this category was officially removed nationwide.
