Shabelkivka

Shabelkivka is an urban-type settlement in the Donetsk region that forms part of the Kramatorsk administrative area in eastern Ukraine. The community features residential districts and local infrastructure typical of settlements in this industrial region.

The settlement was founded in 1758 and developed through several administrative reorganizations over the centuries. It received official urban-type status during the Soviet period as the region industrialized.
