Mullach nan Coirean, Mountain summit in Mamores range, Scotland

Rising to an elevation of 939 meters, Mullach nan Coirean features extensive grassy ridges and northern corries that form distinct geographical patterns.

The summit contains the remains of Dùn Deardail, an ancient vitrified fort located along the northern ridge of the mountain.

The name Mullach nan Coirean originates from Scottish Gaelic language, translating to 'summit of the corries' in English.

Hikers can access the summit through multiple routes from Achriabhach, with the northeastern path leading through the Nevis Forest.

The mountain contains three separate northern corries: Coire Riabhach, Coire Dearg, and Coire a' Mhuillinn, each draining into different water systems.
