Drumpellier country park

Drumpellier is a large country park in Coatbridge featuring two natural lochs set within mixed forests and open grasslands. The terrain includes moorland areas and diverse woodland types that support varied plant and animal life across the property.

The land began as a private estate before opening to the public in 1919. It received its official country park designation in 1984.
