Kennox House

Kennox House is a Category A listed building in Stewarton, located on Kilwinning Road between the village and Torranyard. The structure features original stonework and period architectural details throughout, representing the wealth and status of its original owners.

John Somerville acquired the Bollingshaw Barony in 1700 and built the house on lands formerly owned by the Montgomerie family. This construction reflected the consolidation of local estates during the early 18th century.
