Lands of Templehouse, Medieval estate in East Ayrshire, Scotland.

Lands of Templehouse spread between Aiket Castle and Dunlop town, containing stone structures and farmland across the Scottish countryside. The estate comprises multiple connected parcels of land that combine historic buildings with expansive fields.

The estate was originally owned by the Knights Templar and passed to the Gemmell family in 1570. The Gemmells retained control of the property across the following centuries.

The grounds hosted a golf club between 1909 and 1922, showing how leisure activities evolved in rural Scottish communities. This temporary use reflects the changing needs and interests of local people over time.

The estate is accessible via local roads connecting Netherhill and Mains of Aiket. Walking paths cross the grounds, allowing visitors to explore the different sections at their own pace.

A walled garden enclosure spanning roughly 1300 square meters features stonework patterns resembling those at nearby Borland estate. This architectural similarity suggests shared building traditions across the region.
