Moorfoot Building

The Moorfoot Building is an office structure in Sheffield with a distinctive stepped pyramid shape. It comprises three wings rising over eleven floors at the base of The Moor shopping street, with direct access to the city's inner ring road.

The building opened in 1981 as the headquarters of the Manpower Services Commission, which coordinated employment and training programs across the country. This establishment represented a turning point in how the city's center developed during that era.
