Pigalle Club, Entertainment venue in Piccadilly, England
The Pigalle Club at 215 Piccadilly featured a basement layout with tables arranged around a central stage, olive green carpets, and low lighting throughout the space.
Opening at its original location at 196 Piccadilly, the club relocated to 215-217 Piccadilly in April 2006 under the ownership of John Vincent Power.
The venue hosted performances by The Beatles in April 1963, and Shirley Bassey recorded a live album there in September 1965 during its early years.
The establishment maintained a capacity of 400 people and provided direct access from Piccadilly Circus tube station until its closure in June 2012.
The waitstaff wore period costumes while serving meals during musical performances, which included jazz artists, soul singers, and cabaret acts on the main stage.
