St Leonard's Church, Gothic Revival church in St Leonards-on-Sea, England.
The church features parabolic arches throughout its structure, with a simplified modernistic design that incorporates traditional Gothic Revival elements and a prominent bell tower.
Following destruction by a V-1 flying bomb in 1944, architects Giles and Adrian Gilbert Scott designed the new structure, completed between 1953 and 1961.
The church stands as an example of post-war ecclesiastical architecture, reflecting the adaptation of religious buildings to modern construction techniques and designs.
The lower church hall currently operates as an indoor Saturday Market for vintage items, while the main hall undergoes conversion into a wedding venue.
This religious building holds the distinction of being the only church on England's south coast offering an unobstructed view of the sea from its entrance.
