St Twrog's Church, Bodwrog

St Twrog's Church features original 15th-century doorways and windows constructed from rubble masonry with a slate roof covering the 46-foot-long structure.

The church received its Grade II* listed building status in 1971, preserving the rural late Medieval architecture that dates back to the 15th century.

The east window displays three long lights with mullions and eight smaller lights, while converted doors feature leaf patterns and bull heads representing Bulkeley family connections.

The church maintains active services as part of a group of seven churches within the Ministry Area under the Church in Wales administration.

The churchyard contains yew trees over 1300 years old, which provided wood for military bows during historical periods.
