Needle's Eye, Grade II* listed folly in Wentworth, England.

The Needle's Eye rises as a 14-meter sandstone pyramid structure with a central archway, crowned by a funerary urn at its summit.

Constructed in the mid-18th century, the folly was commissioned by the second Marquess of Rockingham and designed by architect John Carr.

The structure earned its name from a wager where the Marquess claimed he could drive a coach and horses through the eye of a needle.

Located between two former horse paths, the monument remains accessible to visitors through footpaths connecting from Coaley Lane.

One side of the structure displays numerous marks in the stone, which some interpret as possible musket ball impacts.
