Jacqueline Kennedy Garden, Garden in the White House
The Jacqueline Kennedy Garden is located on the east side of the White House.
It was named after Jacqueline Kennedy in 1965, following her substantial renovations to it during her husband's presidency.
This garden hosts multiple ceremonies and events throughout the year, reflecting its importance in American public life.
It has been redesigned several times since its conception by different First Ladies.
Interestingly, the garden also contains a crabapple tree that predates the house itself.
