Greystone, Historic residence in Knoxville, Tennessee.
The two-and-a-half-story mansion features a three-story tower at the front and exterior walls built from stones originating from Rocky Top quarry.
Construction of this residence commenced in 1885 under Major Eldad Cicero Camp's direction, with architect Alfred B. Mullett designing the structure in Richardsonian Romanesque style.
The interior displays different wood paneling in each room, along with hand-carved mantels from France and stained glass panels adorning window heads.
The property now houses WATE-TV studios and offices, following a substantial renovation in 1965 that cost 1.5 million dollars while preserving the first floor.
The mansion incorporates 22 different types of marble throughout its structure, demonstrating the extensive use of premium materials in its construction.
