Henry S. Frank Memorial Synagogue

Henry S. Frank Memorial Synagogue is a synagogue building at Jefferson Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia featuring limestone walls, granite foundations, and ceramic tiling with Classical Revival architectural elements. The building was constructed in 1901 with funds from Rose S. Frank to honor her husband Henry S. Frank, who died in 1887. The establishment of this synagogue at the turn of the 20th century reflects how a family directed their resources toward supporting religious community life.
