Knight's Spider Web Farm, Art gallery and studio in Williamstown, Vermont, US
The Spider Web Farm contains wooden frames hanging from the ceiling where orb-weaver spiders create intricate webs for artistic preservation.
Will Knight established the Spider Web Farm in 1978 after losing his state highway department job, transforming spider webs into preserved artwork.
The farm gained recognition through appearances on television shows including the Today Show, You Asked For It, and Real People.
The facility operates from two garage-sized barns where visitors can observe the web preservation process and purchase preserved spider web plaques.
Each spider web artwork undergoes a specific preservation method involving white paint application, wood plaque mounting, and protective lacquer coating.
