Mid Rivers Mall

Mid Rivers Mall is a large shopping center in St. Peters with more than 140 retail stores spread across multiple levels, including major department stores and specialized shops. The facility also features a 14-screen movie theater for entertainment and leisure.

Development of the center began in 1981 when Famous-Barr opened as the first store at the location. The full opening came in 1987, making it the largest retail center in St. Charles County at that time.

The center functions as a local gathering place where residents meet to shop and spend time together, especially on weekends. Families and friends regularly use the space to browse stores and enjoy meals or entertainment in a shared environment.

Direct access is available from Interstate 70, with ample parking available at all entrances to the center. Visitors should note that weekends tend to be busier, and parking searches may take longer during peak times.

The center operates a lease program for small businesses started in 2018, allowing emerging retailers to rent temporary retail spaces within the complex. This model lets new entrepreneurs test their business ideas without making long-term commitments.
