One Bank of America Plaza rises 17 floors above ground level and contains 367,225 square feet of commercial space in downtown Raleigh.
The building became part of the Hannover Square development in 1985 and received its current name when Bank of America renewed its lease in 2005.
The structure plays an integral role in the growth of Raleigh's business district, housing major companies and law firms in North Carolina.
The building includes a 554-space parking garage and underwent renovations to add a fitness facility and expanded conference spaces.
The Simpson Organization acquired the property for $47.1 million in 2005 and increased occupancy rates from 80 to 95 percent by 2010.
