St. Adalbert Polish Catholic Church features a combination of Classical Revival and Romanesque architectural elements at 1511 Valley Street in Dayton.
The church, established in 1904 to serve Polish immigrants, received its dedication from Archbishop Henry K. Moeller of Cincinnati on April 30, 1905.
The church maintained religious services for the Polish Catholic community and remained an important center for European ethnic traditions in Dayton.
The structure gained recognition through its inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places on November 7, 1991.
After the Archdiocese of Cincinnati sold the building in 2016, it transformed into a madrasah for the neighboring Diyanet mosque.
