The Memorial Hall features a grand Neoclassical entrance with paired Ionic columns and stands on First Street in downtown Dayton, Ohio.
Built in 1907 following Ohio legislation that encouraged construction of memorial buildings, the hall received National Register of Historic Places status in 1988.
The building displays inscriptions honoring Civil War soldiers and sculptures commemorating veterans of the Spanish-American War and World War I.
