Kettering Tower, Office skyscraper in downtown Dayton, US
The 30-story International Style tower stands at 123.55 meters and forms the highest point of the Dayton skyline.
Eugene Kettering, son of Delco Electronics founder Charles Kettering, initiated the construction of this downtown building, completed in 1970.
The building represents the mid-century modernist architectural movement with its minimalist design, teak wood finishes, and natural stone materials.
The structure contains multiple offices, the Michael's of Dayton restaurant, the Dayton Racquet Club with fitness facilities, and a Chase Bank branch.
STRATACACHE acquired the tower in 2019, implementing renovations including new chillers and elevators to modernize the landmark building.
