St. Patrick's Catholic Church

St. Patrick's Catholic Church is a brick building featuring Renaissance Revival and Italianate architectural elements, with distinctive Flemish bond brickwork, a concrete foundation, and a tile gabled roof. The structure displays decorative stained glass windows throughout its interior and exterior surfaces.

The parish was established in 1862 by Irish laborers working on the Miami and Erie Canal and initially constructed a log church. The current brick building was erected to replace the original wooden structure.
