State Farm Downtown Building, Art Deco skyscraper in Bloomington, United States.

The State Farm Downtown Building features brown brick facades, stone decorations on the second story, and geometric Art Deco medallions across its exterior walls.

Constructed in 1929 during the Great Depression, the building expanded through multiple additions in 1934, 1936, and 1946 to accommodate State Farm Insurance growth.

The building represents a central element of Bloomington's architectural heritage and stands as a testament to corporate development in midwest United States.

Located at 112 East Washington Street, the 162-foot tall structure contains thirteen floors and remains a recognized contributor to the National Register of Historic Places.

The illuminated 'State Farm Insurance' sign, installed on February 18, 1935, continues to mark the western facade of this downtown landmark.
