The Dominick

The Dominick is a 46-story building that rises above Spring Street with floor-to-ceiling windows reflecting the surrounding architecture of Lower Manhattan. The structure contains 391 residential and hotel units, an outdoor pool, and terrace spaces offering views across the city.

Construction of this glass and concrete structure began in 2006 and uncovered archaeological findings that required modifications to the building process. The project represented a significant shift in the redevelopment of Lower Manhattan's residential landscape.

The building houses the Vestry restaurant, where guests and residents gather to enjoy meals prepared with seasonal ingredients and fresh seafood. The dining space reflects the character of the SoHo neighborhood and its connection to contemporary food culture.

The property features an outdoor pool that operates seasonally and several terrace areas offering views across the city. Visitors can explore public spaces throughout the building and enjoy the sightlines from various levels.

The building underwent a significant rebranding in December 2017, shedding its previous identity to become The Dominick. This transition marked a turning point and allowed the property to establish itself as an independent venture.
