Yager Stadium is a sports facility at Washburn University with artificial turf and seating for about 7,200 spectators. The grounds host football games and other outdoor sporting events throughout the season.
The original Moore Bowl was built in 1928 and served as a sports venue for decades. It received its current name in 2002 to honor former player Gary Yager.
The stadium serves as the venue for Kansas State High School Activities Association Class 6A state championship games and Washburn Ichabods athletic events.
The stadium sits at 1925 SW College Avenue and is reachable by Bus 7, which stops near the 19th Street intersection. Different seating sections and suites are spread throughout and easy to locate.
The facility contains multiple viewing areas including press boxes, sky box suites, and a dedicated booster room for enhanced spectator experiences.
