Thomas S. Sprague House, Queen Anne style residence in Midtown Detroit, United States.

The three-story Thomas S. Sprague House features triple windows with stained glass panels, an octagonal turret, and varied surface treatments on the facade.

William Scott & Company built this house in 1884 for Thomas S. Sprague, a real estate developer who resided there until 1901.

The residence represents the architectural preferences of Detroit's upper class during the late nineteenth century industrial growth period.

The National Register of Historic Places designation in 1986 certified the building's importance to American architectural heritage.

The interior maintained its original gas-electric chandeliers and a butternut fireplace with an asymmetrical mantelpiece for nearly one hundred years.
