Little Saigon is a Vietnamese neighborhood in South Philadelphia located at the intersection of Washington Avenue and 11th Street. The area features numerous Asian markets, restaurants, and specialty shops that define its street life and activity.

The neighborhood emerged in the 1990s with the opening of Hoa Binh Plaza and Wing Phat Plaza. These early developments sparked larger projects like New World Plaza that transformed the area into a hub for the Vietnamese community.
