Dudley Tower

Dudley Tower is an 11-story office building in Wausau featuring blue-tinted windows, silver metallic accents, and a distinctive pyramid-shaped roof. The structure rises prominently from the downtown area with its modern architectural design and polished exterior surfaces.

Construction began in spring 2006 and was completed in July 2007 as a major commercial development project for central Wisconsin. The project represented significant growth in the region's downtown office infrastructure during that period.

The tower functions as a central business hub, housing multiple regional companies including Ruder Ware, WoodTrust, CGI, and Miron Construction under one roof.

The building features climate-controlled parking and modern security systems throughout its floors. Visitors can expect a well-maintained interior with contemporary amenities for conducting business.

A television camera from WAOW-TV is mounted on the roof providing continuous panoramic views of the Wisconsin River and surrounding landscape. This skycam footage is frequently used in regional weather broadcasts and news reports.
