Construction of the tower began in 2013 at the former Filene's department store site, requiring the largest concrete foundation pour in Boston's history with 6,000 cubic yards.

The residential complex includes a 23,000-square-foot club facility spread across two levels, featuring the largest residential fitness center in Boston.

Millennium Tower holds the record for Boston's most substantial concrete foundation pour, requiring 600 trucks to deliver materials in a single day.
