The structure began as the AMP Centre in 1976, standing as Sydney's tallest building until 1977, when the MLC Centre surpassed its height.
The building houses major corporations including AMP, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Deloitte, EQT, and Johnson Winter Slattery in the central business district.
The skyscraper contains 90,000 square meters of office space and connects directly to public transportation networks at Circular Quay station.
The 2023 award-winning renovation retained 66 percent of the original structure while doubling the available floor space through innovative design solutions.
