Shanta Pinnacle, Commercial skyscraper in Tejgaon, Bangladesh.
Shanta Pinnacle is a modern high-rise with 40 floors in Dhaka's business district that stands out with its smooth glass exterior. The structure combines contemporary design features with space for offices and retail operations.
The project started in 2019 as part of Dhaka's ongoing urban development and focuses on creating modern business space. Completion is planned for late 2026.
The building shows Bangladesh's drive to compete on a global scale while fitting into Dhaka's business landscape. It reflects how the city is growing quickly and setting new benchmarks for office space.
Access to the building is through multiple entrances, and eight elevators move visitors through the different floors. Free parking is available across five levels, with the site being walkable and accessible to all.
The building was the first in Dhaka to undergo wind tunnel testing to verify its strength against strong winds. It also uses a special double-glazed facade system that improves energy efficiency and noise reduction.
