Benediktbeuern

Benediktbeuern is a municipality in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps in Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district, located between about 617 and 640 meters elevation. A medieval Benedictine monastery sits at the center of the village, and the surrounding meadows and mountains define its character.
