The construction of this corporate headquarters started in 2007 after demolishing a library, marking a new chapter in Frankfurt's financial district development.
Architecture firm Sauerbruch Hutton designed this building to reflect German precision engineering while incorporating advanced environmental technologies.
The office tower contains 39,000 square meters of space, accommodating 700 employees with floors ranging from 630 to 720 square meters each.
The building maintains an energy consumption rate of 98 kilowatt hours per square meter annually through its innovative ventilation and thermal systems.
