Oberhohenberg

Oberhohenberg is a mountain summit in Baden-Württemberg that rises to approximately 1000 meters (3280 feet). It stands prominently above the surrounding Swabian Alb landscape and offers far-reaching views across the region.

A noble family established a castle on the summit around 1100 that shaped the peak for centuries afterward. The fortification eventually faded from prominence, yet archaeological remains tell its story to this day.
