Mont Zaccar

Mont Zaccar is a mountain near Miliana in northern Algeria that rises to about 1,550 meters (5,085 ft) in elevation. It stands as the highest point of the Dahra mountain range and dominates the surrounding landscape.

The mountain's name comes from the Berber word 'azaikour', showing the ancient language roots of this North African region. This naming reveals how deeply the mountain is connected to the indigenous history of the area.
