St Michael and All Angels Church features a granite base, Polyphant stone elements, and an oak pulpit with detailed carvings throughout its structure.
George Wightwick designed the church in 1834 for Sir Thomas Dyke Acland, and Edward Ashworth expanded the structure in 1878 for the following baronet.
The east window displays Christ the King with Archangels Michael and Gabriel, while the children's chapel contains three windows depicting Nativity scenes.
The church offers bicycle storage facilities, street parking within 250 meters, and maintains level access to main areas for visitors.
The graveyard contains numerous burial sites of mariners who perished along the dangerous local coastline through the centuries.
