Wynnstay

Wynnstay is a country estate in Wales featuring a large mansion designed in French Neo-Renaissance style and extensive landscaped grounds. The property includes formal gardens, generous lawns, and a lake positioned near the main building, exemplifying the classic layout of an affluent country residence.

The estate was home to the Williams-Wynn family across multiple generations before changing ownership in 1948. A devastating fire in 1858 destroyed the original mansion completely, leading to its reconstruction in the form visible today.

The estate takes its name from the founding family and now operates as a residential complex with mixed uses. Visitors can observe the layout of the grounds, which shaped the image of a prosperous country residence for centuries.
