The Yarkonim Complex is a commercial area between Petah Tikva, Hod HaSharon, and the Yarkon River with retail spaces and warehouses. The site covers extensive land and connects different parts of the region for various business purposes.

The complex began in the late 1990s on former farmland when about 40 buildings and 30 warehouses were built there. This construction phase marked a major shift from an agricultural area to a business zone.

The complex shows how farmland became a business center over time, reflecting rapid growth in the region. Visitors can see traces of this change in the mix of older buildings and modern structures throughout the area.

A railway station serves the site and helps with access for visitors and daily operations. It is wise to clarify access conditions beforehand, as routes and hours can change.

The site was developed without proper building permits, leading to legal disputes and eventual closure in 2019. This history shows how rapid growth in the region created challenges for oversight and regulation.
