National Archaeological Museum, Gioia del Colle

The National Archaeological Museum displays bronze weapons, clay figures, and geometric pottery discovered at two main excavation sites in the surrounding area. These findings span a long period and show how settlements changed over many centuries.

The collection preserves remains dating from around the sixth to second century BC, when an ancient people settled and lived in this region. These items trace how this settlement developed and evolved throughout several hundred years.
