The villa features a quadrangular structure built with burnished Sicilian tuff, adorned with ceramic tiles displaying floral and plant patterns.
Architect Ernesto Basile designed this residence in 1902 for sculptor Ettore Ximenes, who contributed to both interior and exterior decorative elements.
The dining room contains leather-covered walls, golden mosaic elements, and a painted frieze depicting food variations across different seasons.
Located at Via Bartolomeo Eustachio 2, the villa functions as a university guesthouse with visits permitted on Tuesdays and Saturdays by appointment.
A continuous frieze runs along the building perimeter, depicting a procession of Roman artists surrounding an Ara Artium monument.
