3331 Arts Chiyoda is an arts venue housed in a converted school building with exhibition spaces spread across multiple floors and levels. The facility displays rotating shows from various artists and includes a ground-floor cafe and rooftop garden accessible to visitors.

The building was originally Rensei Junior High School and was transformed into an arts venue in 2010. This conversion preserved the school structure while giving it new purpose as a hub for contemporary art.

The centre supports artists through its residency program, allowing them to work and show their creations within the shared spaces. Visitors can walk through active studios and observe creators engaged in their daily artistic practice.
