Château d'Idashiro

Idashiro Castle is a Japanese fortress in Mikawa Province with stone walls and foundation ruins positioned on elevated terrain. The remains display defensive structures characteristic of 16th century fortifications.

The fortress was built in the early 1500s and served as a strategic military outpost controlling eastern Mikawa Province. It functioned as an important defensive position during the Sengoku period.
