Shinjuku Maynds Tower rises 161 meters into the sky with 34 floors, featuring an L-shaped design and large glass surfaces allowing natural light.
The construction of this skyscraper began in May 1992 on the former grounds of a railway hospital dormitory and reached completion in September 1995.
The building represents modern Japanese corporate architecture with its extensive public spaces, covering 70 percent of the ground area for community use.
Connected directly to Shinjuku Station Exit A1 on the Toei Oedo Line, the tower contains multiple restaurants, convenience stores, and banking facilities.
The tower incorporates a 105-meter-high atrium on its south face, maximizing natural light distribution throughout office spaces and common areas.
